This cultivar is frequently cultivated in the Southern part of Sicily. Even though our business is located inland, we decided to plant a considerable number of olive trees belonging to this variety. The Tonda Iblea extra virgin olive oil is completely framed in the context of the Single-variety project. Its distinguishing traits are to be found in the clear and persistent scent of green tomato and grass. It is well-balanced, full-bodied and quite fruity.
